Privacy Policy

Bopreel (bopreel.com) is operated by Pattern Hub LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you make a video, why we need it, who processes it for us and how long we keep it. Questions: contact@bopreel.com.

What we collect

  • Your photos. The one or two photos you upload for a video.
  • Your email address. You give it at checkout or when you sign in. We use it to deliver your videos and to keep your purchases together.
  • Google account details, if you sign in with Google. Your name, email address and profile picture.
  • Orders. What you bought, the amount and how many videos you have left. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
  • Your videos. The videos we make for you, which trend and look you chose, and their status.
  • Technical data. A cookie that recognises your browser, sign-in sessions (including IP address and browser type), server logs, and analytics data about how the site is used (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location).

How we use it

  • To make your video: your photos are sent to the AI providers listed below, only to create your video.
  • To email you: sign-in codes, a message when your video is ready and a reminder before it is deleted.
  • To take payments, handle refunds and prevent fraud.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.
  • To understand how people use the site and improve it.

We don't sell your personal data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't use your photos or videos to train AI models.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, we use your name, email address and profile picture only to sign you in and show which account you're using. We don't share this data with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes data for us

We use these service providers. Each only gets the data it needs to do its job for us:

  • Replicate and WaveSpeed: run the AI models that create your video from your photos (Replicate makes the scene and the movement, WaveSpeed puts your face on it).
  • Cloudflare: stores photos and videos (R2) and runs the video processing.
  • Stripe: processes payments.
  • Google: sign-in, if you choose it, and site analytics through Google Tag Manager.
  • Resend: sends our emails.
  • Supabase: hosts our database.
  • Vercel: hosts the website.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded photos: deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Working files made during generation: deleted within 1 day.
  • Finished videos: deleted 30 days after they are made. We email you before a video is deleted.
  • Email address and orders: kept so your videos and purchase history stay available (unused videos never expire), and as long as needed for accounting. You can ask us to delete them.
  • Server logs: kept for a short time for security and fixing problems.

Cookies

We use cookies the site needs to work:

  • one that recognises your browser, so your photos, drafts and videos stay with you without signing in (kept for 1 year);
  • sign-in session cookies;
  • one that remembers how you last signed in (kept for 1 year).

We also use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which set cookies to count visits and see how the site is used. We don't use advertising cookies. You can unlink a browser at any time with "Forget this browser" in My videos.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, including deleting your photos, videos or account before the times above. Email contact@bopreel.com from the address you used with us.

Children

Bopreel is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. Only upload a photo of someone under 18 with their parent or guardian's permission.

Security

Photos and videos are kept in private storage and shown only through time-limited links. All traffic uses HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Where data is processed

We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries.

Not affiliated

Bopreel is independent. Hotel Lobby AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Quavo, Takeoff, Migos, COLORS, or their labels. What You Want Me To Do AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fredo Bang, Einer Bankz, or their labels.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. For important changes, we also post a notice on the site.
